Shipping & Returns Policy

I- DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  1. Elvan Wreath will deliver the product specified in the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") to the CUSTOMER in a sound and complete condition, complying with the specified specifications in the order, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the Agreement is formed between Elvan Wreath and the CUSTOMER. The delivery will be made to the address provided by the CUSTOMER during the order, through the contracted courier company.

  2. The delivery of the product specified in the Agreement is limited to the shipment area of the courier company (Yurtiçi Kargo) with which Elvan Wreath has an agreement. Elvan Wreath's responsibility ends at the end of the shipment area of the contracted courier company.

  3. If the product specified in the Agreement cannot be delivered within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemic diseases, or other extraordinary circumstances, Elvan Wreath will inform the CUSTOMER. In this case, the CUSTOMER can cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product if available, or wait until the situation causing the delay is resolved. If the CUSTOMER cancels the order, the refund, including all payments received (including delivery costs if any), will be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the refund notification (contractual terms regarding termination apply).

  4. In case the CUSTOMER is not present at the delivery address provided, and the individuals at the address refuse the delivery, Elvan Wreath will be considered to have fulfilled its obligation under the Agreement. If no one is available to receive the product at the delivery address, it is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to contact the courier company to track and arrange the shipment.

II- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without any justification and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days.

  2. The withdrawal period for the Agreement starts from the day the product specified in the Agreement is delivered to the CUSTOMER or the person/organization designated by the CUSTOMER at the specified address.

In determining the withdrawal period:

  • In the case of separate deliveries of items that make up a single order, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last item,

  • In the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first item is considered.

  1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify Elvan Wreath clearly and explicitly by using the Withdrawal Form included in the Agreement and sending it to Elvan Wreath via fax or email.

  2. The CUSTOMER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  3. Products prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs.

  4. Perishable or expired products.

  5. Products with opened packaging, seals, tapes, or packaging that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

  6. Products that have mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature, after delivery.

III- RETURN CONDITIONS: To complete the return process for the product on which the right of withdrawal is exercised within the specified period, the following conditions must be met.

  1. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the CUSTOMER must send the product to Elvan Wreath, together with a copy of the return invoice, within 10 (ten) days from the date the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is made, clearly stating the reason for the return. If the original invoice was included with the product delivered to the CUSTOMER or the person/organization designated by the CUSTOMER at the delivery address, the original invoice must also be sent to Elvan Wreath.

  2. If the product was purchased by a corporate entity, the return should be made by issuing a return invoice.

  3. If the product came with gifts or promotional items, those items should also be returned. However, if there is a campaign associated with the order, after the return of the product, the CUSTOMER must meet any conditions of the campaign that are still valid. For example, if a certain amount of shopping results in gift vouchers, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of those vouchers if the products that earned them are no longer with the CUSTOMER after the return.

  4. Before delivering the product to the courier company, the CUSTOMER must package it in a way that will not be damaged.

  5. When the product is returned using the contracted courier company (Yurtiçi Kargo) by exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost will be covered by Elvan Wreath; otherwise, the shipping cost will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

  6. When the product to be returned reaches Elvan Wreath, it will be examined by Elvan Wreath's return team. The examination period is 7 working days, excluding weekends and official holidays. If the product meets the return conditions and the CUSTOMER requests a refund, the refund will be made. In case the CUSTOMER requests an exchange, if the relevant product is in stock, it will be sent to the CUSTOMER; otherwise, a refund will be made.

  7. When the return request is approved, the refund will be made to the bank of the card used during the purchase. The CUSTOMER will be notified by email once the refund is made. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the CUSTOMER's account can vary from 1 to 8 business days, depending on the bank.

  8. Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at Elvan Wreath's physical stores.
